Westfield Carlsbad FEIR Certified
After 3+ years of planning and review, Carlsbad City Council unanimously approved the Specific Plan and Site Development Plan and certified the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for Westfield’s proposed shopping center renovation project. After nearly 9 months of construction, HELIX is completing the environmental compliance monitoring on the San Diego County Water Authority’s Pipelines 3 & 4 Relining project from State Route 52 to Lake Murray. The project involved relining over 3.5 miles of existing pipelines that are part of the Water Authority’s
