HELIX is pleased to join SANDAG, the City of Encinitas, and North County Transit District Wednesday, January 18th at noon for the Encinitas Pedestrian Crossing at Santa Fe Drive groundbreaking ceremony. HELIX prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration/Initial Study for three grade-separated pedestrian crossings, and the pedestrian rail underpass at Santa Fe is the first of four planned safety crossings in the City of Encinitas. The crossings are designed to improve pedestrian safety and coastal access along this busy rail corridor.
